Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is the following. Please understand that your deposit applies to your entire stay. Because we are a small Inn, we deal almost entirely in advance reservations and so must be informed if your reservation is to be cancelled or shortened. We will gladly return your deposit (minus $25.00 for processing) if you cancel your reservation three weeks or more in advance of your expected arrival. You will lose your deposit if you cancel or shorten your reservation less than three weeks in advance of your arrival date. We recommend getting in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

If you make your reservation through a third party booking agent (for example, Booking.com), you will be subject to the cancellation policy you agreed to when making the reservation on their site.

All reservations are subject to minimum stay requirements.
